The terms, policies
and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions")
described below govern the use of this site
(referred to as "Ebaybe" or "site").
Your use and/or placement of any order indicate
your acceptance of these Conditions.
Privacy:
We keep your personal information private
and secure. When you make a purchase from
our site, you provide your name, e-mail address,
credit card information, address, phone number,
and a password. We use this information to
process your orders, to keep you updated on
your orders and to personalize your shopping
experience.
The secure servers
through Paypal protect your information using
advanced encryption techniques and firewall
technology.
To keep you informed
about our latest offers, we may notify you
of current promotions, specials and new additions
to the Ebaybe site.
Order Acceptance
Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form
of order confirmation does not signify our
acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute
confirmation of our offer to produce. Ebaybe
reserves the right at any time after receipt
of your order to accept or decline your order
for any reason or to supply less than the
quantity you ordered of any item.
Canceled Orders:We
do not accept order cancellations once we
have started to process an order. If you need
to cancel an order, it will be subject to
a cancellation fee of no more that 30% (this
applies to both phone and online orders).
There are no exceptions.
Terms
of Sale
All items carry a 7-day return policy to ensure
that you are pleased with any item purchased.
If you are not pleased with an item, contact
us by phone for return conformation within
7 days, and your purchase price of the item(s)
(excluding shipping) will be refunded. All
purchases are payable in U.S. Dollars. This
excludes non-auction items and services.
Shipping
and Insurance Costs
Please note that shipping and insurance charges
must be added to the cost of all shipments.
Please contract us by phone or e-mail for
shipping costs. Ebaybe does NOT ship to P.
O. Boxes. We must have a street address to
ship to you. Ebaybe does not ship to HI or
AK. We will not ship to and address that differs
from your billing address.
About
Shipping: We do reserve the right to select
the least expensive method of shipping. Our
preferred method of shipping is UPS Ground
service. Our alternative shipping method is
US Postal Priority Mail. Priority Mail packages
are shipped twice weekly (usually on Tuesday
and Thursday based on the schedule of our
courier service.) Selecting Priority Mail
shipping may delay your order by 1-2 days.
Damage Claims:
Damages must be taken up with the shipping
company and reported within 48 hours of receiving
your order. Every precaution is taken to pack
your order so that it arrives safely. Unfortunately,
we have no control over the handling of a
package once it leaves our facility. This
is especially true of packages sent by air
services. Bear this in mind when ordering
heavy liquid items such as lotion and shower
gel or fragile items that could be crushed
or broken during transit.
Refused Deliveries:
If you refuse delivery on an order, the
following charges will apply: The cost of
shipping/handling and a 25% restocking fee.
NO EXCEPTIONS! If you refuse delivery on a
CUSTOM order, you will NOT be refunded any
portion of the payment we received for your
order.
Credit Cards: There is no surcharge
for using your credit card to make purchases
with Ebaybe. Please be sure to provide your
exact billing address and telephone number
(i.e. the address and phone number your credit
card bank has on file for you). Incorrect
information will cause a delay in processing
your order. Your credit card will be billed
upon shipment of your order. We accept MASTERCARD,
VISA, and DISCOVER cards through Paypal.
Returns for credit card purchases will be
assessed 3% bank charges as a part of the
refund process.
Taxes: Ebaybe shall automatically charge
and withhold the applicable sales tax for
orders to be delivered to addresses within
the state of Michigan. For orders shipped
to other states, you are solely responsible
for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect
price due to typographical error or error
in pricing information Ebaybe has the right
to refuse or cancel any orders placed for
product listed at the incorrect price. Ebaybe
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
such orders whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your credit card charged. If
your credit card has already been charged
for the purchase and your order is canceled,
Ebaybe shall immediately issue a credit through
Paypal.
